Simplify Your Life
Organization doesn't have to be a complex process. It's not
easy, but simplifying several aspects of your life will help
immensely.
Simplify the way you work. You need to streamline the way
you handle routine tasks. Set a schedule that's easy to follow,
and do things that way each day. You'll get into a rhythm
by reducing any confusion caused by a haphazard way of doing
things.
Simplify your office. We waste to much time looking for files
and office supplies. Arrange furniture so it's not in your
way, and place important materials within close proximity
to your office chair. Any paper that crosses your desk should
be dealt with in one way or another. Baskets are usually the
easiest route to go.
Simplify your goals. Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
If you are unable to reach them, think about why you failed.
Come up with a better plan for reaching future goals. You'll
find it's easier to get things done if you assign specific
days, weeks, or months for completion.
Computing Utilities
Turn your computer into an outrageously expensive alarm clock
with GigAlarm, a free utility from Sinner Computing. This
50kb program is capable of playing 1000 different alarms.
You can set it to play your favorite .wav files or even run
programs. It also features snooze control and various other
alarm options.

"Avoid the crowd. Do your own thinking independently. Be the
chess player, not the chess piece." --Ralph Charell
"I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could always
have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my
limbs and ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without
effort, when I am filled with music." --George Eliot
